RETURN POLICY

We hope you are happy with your purchase however we will happily refund or exchange any item purchased from Avalanche Equestrian Ltd should you want  to return it.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days and match the price of the garment at the time of purchase ( DELIVERY CHARGES NOT REFUNDABLE)

The item has to be returned within 28 days in its original condition, unworn and with its original tags in .

If the item has been damaged or worn we will be unable to exchange or refund the item, The item will be sent back to the customer. ( ALL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE CHECKED BY THE AVALANCHE TEAM)

The Customer will have to pay for Delivery and Return items using a tracked delivery service.

Faulty items will be either exchanged or refunded within the 28 day returns policy

We will happily send a returns postal label however if you do not send back within the postal expiry date you will have to pay for shipping .

REFUND POLICY

We will only refund the cost of return delivery if goods are faulty or damaged when received by the customer.

If items purchased in error will be accepted as a return but we will not refund the cost of return delivery.

If an item was bought in a sale with avalanche equestrian Ltdyou will be refunded the amount that you paid not the original price. You will not be refunded the delivery charges.

When you purchase from Avalanche Equestrian Ltd you automatically agree to our Return /refund policy
